Falkholts, nei pressi di Dals LångedSe sei curioso di provare uno dei ristoranti dell’interno in cui gli ingredienti provengono dai tantissimi laghi e foreste del circondario, parti per Faltkholts, circa due ore a nord di Göteborg. In menù troverai cacciagione, pesce di lago e specialità particolari quali il castoro affumicato con ricotta e insalata di avocado. Råda Säteri, MölndalIl maniero Råda Säteri è situato sulle rive del bellissimo lago Råda, a soli 10 km da Göteborg. Si tratta di uno splendido edificio del XVIII secolo, con un ristorante colmo di oggetti d’epoca, facente parte del circuito Västsvensk Mersmak – Sapori di Svezia Occidentale. La sala, dall’arredo in elegante stile scandinavo, si affaccia direttamente sul lago; tavoli bianchi con tovagliato di lino bianco, candelabri in cristallo e antichi caminetti in ceramica in quasi tutte le stanze. In menù trovi pietanze particolari come cinghiale affumicato con salsa di mirtilli rossi. Per fare il giro dell’isola occorre circa un’ora di cammino; una bella passeggiata, anche quella che porta alla fortezza di Carlsten al centro dell’isola, da cui si gode di una magnifica vista sulle migliaia di isole che compongono l’arcipelago. Marstrand si trova a solo un’ora da Göteborg in pullman e anche in macchina, che poi si lascia parcheggiata sulla terraferma per passare sull’isola con una traversata di soli 2 minuti in traghetto.
